During the second term of Obasanjo, Nigeria for a brief 4 years changed trajectories. There was that brief period that we could finally get it right if we stuck to doing it correctly. Nigeria had the right candidate for that brief moment until it was again returned to the hands of the wrong candidates.

Reno is not defending the government. He is just saying the truth about the things they did right and the things they did wrong.

That is what a rational person should do.

A lot of people dont know how to separate their emotions from reality.

That depends on how you choose to define the term "educated". Many of those you have today in politics can claim to have been educated as well... we have lawyers in this current set all of them without a conscience.

🙄 I didn't benefit a single thing but the Nigerian people and their economy benefitted greatly from the reforms he implemented and sustained for that period. This is a fact of Nigerian history.

Number of kids has absolutely nothing to do with this. There are people out there with just one kid who can easily be considered to have taken on more than they could handle. It is really simple!
► It would not make sense for a single person who can't even make ends meet to decide that the next best thing to do would be to marry an unemployed liability and then have a kid... right?
► It also would not make sense for an unemployed woman to marry a man who can barely fend for himself and then have a child after that... right?

2. Many of the private universities you see today were established during that time. Also, many of the salaries owed by the FG to schools from the military years were settled during that time. There was equally a huge push to privatize all state-owned companies to free up funds for many other projects --- offload much of government bloat to free up money for other projects that were needed.

Reno is actually doing a great job at bringing out the facts and figures that show how much the administration of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has achieved in just few months.
