If Chinese people had the kind of apc mindset, there would have been demolition of properties, businesses and assets that would have reduced the wealth of individuals and sent a good number of their citizens below poverty level

Before Nigeria will attend this level of construction, it will take us centuries.

The first thing a man does is learning how to fix his things by himself. Learning the simple DIYs and making your home a fit to your desire.

But Nigeria is a place where we pay for labour for simple fix. Our government will contract foreign contractors to build bridges when we could learn and begin to do the same.

We pump money to invite foreigners every time to come and fix our home for us.

While our local construction companies will seize every opportunity to steal from the government while doing nothing because contracts are awarded to friends and families only.

China churns out hundreds of thousands of engineers every year. Infact, their whole academic setup is geared towards engineering and technological advancements. They identify very intelligent students very early and do everything to get the best out of such prospects. There are special science schools that are tuition free, and carters only to extremely smart students from all kinds of homes , rich or poor.

They also warehouse lots of government funds in few banks. They have a Bank of Industry and Construction. Most of the raw materials and gadgets needed for construction works, are sourced locally from local factories. That way, nothing moves out of the country. It is just cash moving from one account to the other as payments are made, maybe in the same bank, ofcourse in the same country. And they respect standards and support merit. How would they fail?

Looking at the structures it seems like the bridge already existed before the houses i mean it couldn't have been possible or rather easy " the architect to construct on top the houses I think the structure was approved thereafter....
