Nothing new , the army , navy , governors,senators and all have been involved in oil bunkering since .and it has been public knowledge now since 1999. Asari should say something new . All these is just distractions .

It is a know fact that the military, police and paramilitary are behind the bunkering and other crimes going on in Niger delta.The way the northerner lobby to be posted to south is a sign of easy market for crime.Almost all the heads of security agents in South south and south east are from the north, encouraging extortion, corrupt, bunkering etc.Until the people and leaders of the region say enough is enough this evil will continue.The number of checks points in south east and south south is more than anywhere in the country,all is to extort money from the people.The way the security agents operate in the eastern region is different from other regions.
