Unfortunately, black African man cannot evolve beyond the limitation you have just pointed out, it is their destiny, it is a natural fault from the birth/creation of the black African man.



To correct that anomaly, black people must accept this weakness wholeheartedly and begin to search for real solution by looking for ways to mix up their black nations with exceptional white people who will be given full citizenship of the black nation just like USA did Visa lottery and as Canada does their express entry. And there must be constitutionally reserved government slots for only exceptional white people to occupy, positions like Judiciary heads, Chief of Army Staff, Head of military barracks, IG of Police, DSS, Airforce, Navy, Senate President, Speakers of both Reps and SHoAs, head of Prisons, EFCC.



This will ensure people who commit crime are held accountable so that Nigerians can sit up and begin to do the right things knowing that there is huge consequences for any act of corruption or national sabotage.
