I recently chased my wife's 10 years old younger sister out of my house back to my mother inlaw's house because I have the feeling that she have the intention to do something like this due to the way She's behaving towards me and my children. She intensionally broke the screen of the new tab I bought for my son because he did not allowed her to play with it.
Prevention is better than cure, people her evil and kids her not excluded.

If you have a house help, and the help misbehaves like this, people will say you maltreated her. People always assume that, no matter what you did for the child.

Most times the child just hates you, even a grown help just hates you and your family no matter what you do because they wish to be in your position, they feel humiliated as they are doing that Kind of Job.

Better not to have a young maid, or a stay at home help. Don't take anybody's child to your house, even if you give them everything, they will still mark out the smallest favoritism you give your child. They will still hate your children for the luck they have by having you as their biological parent. You just can't please them. If you want to help a kid, send the money to their parents, don't take them.

Let mature women come once or twice a week, engage little with them, let them clean the house for some designated hours whilst all your food stuff are sealed, pay them at the end of their shift, be polite, let them go back home that same Monday or Wednesday allocated to them.

Treat your house helps like your own children to avoid touching stories.

They are not your children. They are employees. Treat them fairly: good wage, living conditions and benefits. Everything agreed upon. Do not hire under-age children. Not anyone under 18 years. Hire a maid or a houseman. Train them well and pay them what is due. Keep it impersonal but respectful. Simple.

Very well said. Don't bring anyone's child into your home. I'd rather have a responsible adult in their 30's who live out.
