That shows Dantata failed to raise his kids well. If the kids are raised appropriately as Muslims they'll follow the Shari'ah of islam in sharing their properties! Dantata is a core Muslim but he won't be alive when his estate will be shared!

If someone's property is shared to one of his heir after death. And he's yet to receive it after some years should he just seize it from the users?

He'll have to go to the court for enforcement!

So, issues do arise and it has nothing to do with the mode of sharing as you want to claim but with the individuals in question. Because why else will one hold on to the property of another despite the instructions of sharia?
