He come pull up my account in the system pull up mini statement peruse am for 5 minutes come finally tell me say we are very sorry the glitch in the system pulled up your account balance 3 weeks prior as your recent balance but your current balance is what you thought you should have.

Shame catch me , I quickly wear cloth run comot for the bank. Zenith bank have finally made me disgrace my fathers name in Lagos. I Dey move go osun state

Forget that phone call thing, if you want a quick resolution of the issues you have you need to go physically to a branch.

I had the same issue, I transferred 500K from my account in GTBank to my account in another bank, The transaction receipt showed "Successful" but the money never go to the other bank (This was also confirmed by my account officer in the other bank after I called him to complain).

The matter was eventually resolved within 3 days after I went to a GTBank branch to lodge a complaint. When you want to go choose a branch that does not have a high customer traffic eg the branch on Oregun Road or the one on Ikosi Street beside Daystar Church so that you will not spend too much time on the queue.

You don't need to go to these branches I mentioned if you do not live within Ikeja axis, just check within your locality and choose a branch that is in located in a relatively isolated area so there won't be too many customers there when you go. Avoid any branch that is located in a market or close to a major bus stop otherwise you go sleep for that place

So which bank is now carting away with ppl's money now among the big ones and the fintech ones.

I manage to trek go to there branch... After all the complaints i gave them.. They still asked me to wait for 24 to 48hrs.. I swear to God i have never experienced this in my life.. Sir please uhave any solution again?

Ever since I started using Opay, I have known peace when it comes to banking.

If they attended to you at the branch it means they have booked your complaint and will definitely resolve it.

That was the same way I resolved my own issue I went to the branch on Ikosi Road to lay a report; right there and then the lady who attended to me escalated it and told me it would be resolved within 3 working days and within the 3 working days the issue was resolved and my money was returned to my account.

You just need to have a little patience

Stop wasting time visiting the bank whenever you have an issue. Always contact their headquarters via email or give them a call, and they will resolve your issue quickly. For GTBank, reach out to them at gtbankmailsupport@gtbank.com and explain the issue with your account. They typically respond within 24 hours with a solution

Mtswe am starving because of GTBANK too!!! Theyhave hend my salary since 1st october till date. All in the name of failed transaction, i have call them several times, send plenty mails. But they juat keep promising 24 to 48hr reversal. Its been 23days now!!!

If not for nomercie.. I dont even know how i could survive this days.... Nomercie mayGod continue to lift you up forever!!! What u did to me days back really helped me. God knows
