Stop skimming through my posts, take your time to read them and comprehend..

1. I have explained many times that they do not need to be members of APC to lose their seats.
All that needs to happen for them to lose their seats is for them to leave PDP, the party which sponsored them.
Whether they defect to APC or they defect to Trump's Republican party, it doesn't matter.
All that matters is that they left PDP.


2. I have also said that an Affidavit proves that they left PDP.
But they have every right to disown their affidavit.
But that must send them to prison.
Yes they can deny the affidavit and retain their seats, but if the Supreme Court of Nigeria is not in anyone's pocket, they must pass their assembly laws and bills from the prison yard.

Lying on OATH and making a false affidavit must send them to prison based on Nigerian laws.

2. The declaration on the House of Assembly floor stating their defections. By law any declaration made on the floor of the House of Assembly is legally binding.

As a lawyer I wouldn't go to court with videos of them waving APC flags or photos of them with Tinubu or Ganduje.

Just these two events I listed above have to nail them, they must lose their seats on account of these 2 events..

And if by any chance the Supreme Court doesn't sack them for the 2 reasons above,,

He is still a member of the PDP. He has not declared anywhere that he is not. He has not sworn to any affidavit that he is not. He has not written to anybody that he is not. If you follow the news, he was in the PDP stakeholders meeting last night. But assuming he decides to leave the PDP, nothing happens because for some strange reason, that law only applies to legislators.

If the speaker fails to declare such seats vacant, any house member or any indigene of Rivers state can drag them to court to make sure that section of the constitution is enforced..
