But you see Nigerian civil servants, aside from being dubious, they are a very lazy set of people.

They don't want to come to work, yet they want to get paid.

Most of them in that video don't contribute shi-shi to the growth of that ministry. They are just there because the Nigerian government is using the civil service as a poverty alleviation programme.

Give them a proper CBT test to confirm their employment and over 90% will fail.

Looking at the action of that woman during his probe by national assembly for corruption charges, you will know the woman is something else. She did not even give the panelist to fully interview her. Even the permanent secretary beside her could not even defend her. This show the high handedness of the woman.
