kedeojo:Don't do that, they business men simple! The issue was, they wanted the government to create an Islamic bank with zero interest rate for them.🙄🙄 If one of their people say Dangote say so, nobody will say no, but he won't, because he is a business man. Don't play with words.🙄🙄 |

kedeojo:I'm amazed that a Christian is saying this. I'm a muslim but maximum respect to you bro. I'm not even aware something like this have crop up in the past. The thing is interest is highly frowned upon in islam. You offer a person debt simply for the act of kindness and to get reward from Allah and not to enrich yourself at the expense of the debtor by adding interest. It takes courage to admit the truth and you my friend appear to be among the courageous. #Respect |

Focusmind:Bros impossible is nothing. Nations are loyal to the US out of fear not respect. Now nations have alternative because some strong nations are taking the bull by the horn. Watch out and see this your impossible becoming possible. The Americans have weaponize the dollar that's why it's declining. Note that no empire has last forever. If no force is strong enough to cause their decline from outside then centripetal forces from inside can cause their decline. America has hurt so many nations and people. It's payback time. |

Why not in English language, Nigeria is a secular nation, with more than 250 languages and 350 ethnic groups,if there is no special alliance btw ,the official language of Nigerians is English,or we're going into second cololisation. |
| Re: Hausa Language On The New BRICS Currency by hotseat: 2:01pm On Oct 24, 2024 |
It's too late in the day to cry wolf? This trend has been allowed to go unchallenged for far too long! The implication is that the rest of Nigeria has acquiesced to this anomaly. To impose one language in a multilingual nation like Nigeria is a recipe for agitation and bad blood. All Nigerians ain't Hausas, for crying out loud! It's a clear implementation of one of the policies of the "Animal Farm". From the Nigerian currency depicting Arabic/Hausa languages to the present BRICSlayer currency, it's been the same old policy of using the Hausa language as Nigeria's ligua-franca instead of the English language. This is a subtle endorsement of the neo-colonization of the rest of Nigeria by the Hausas by foreign powers. The Hausas would have threatened fire and brimstone if any other Nigerian languages were to be imposed on the rest of Nigeria. Is Nigeria meant for the Hausas to ride roughshod over others? Where are our constitutional luminaries? @hotseat |

Tinubu will deal with Dem. I thought one fool that day said the Fulanis have taken over the Hausas land and position in Nigeria. Besides, is V.P Shettima not Hausa anymore? |

All the nationalities in the Southern Nigeria should borrow sense since they've none because this shit hole of a nation will soon be over. How can Nigeria be represented in the currency of an economic block without the consent and approval of the national assembly? Are we no longer in a Federal Republic? |

Everfrank:It won't happen. Mark this thread. Winning the second world war sealed the current domination of the world affairs by US and her western allies. Alliance led by Russia and China won't work. The US domination has come to stay. It is not just about US government, you have to also fight US entities, which BRICS cannot, as they are not as established as their US counterparts. Remove China from BRICS and you will see that all other countries combine cannot challenge US dominance. Bro, the US leadership has come to stay |

[quote author=richmond500 post=132568851] I'll even prefer Hausa/Fulani on our currency to Yoruba or Igbo. Recently an average white woman spoke Yoruba fluently on social media, see as Yorubas use the thing rub our face like it's a big achievement.Go to Arabic world and you will see Hausas very busy more than other tribes. When it comes to Western World affairs in English in Africa, nobody else but Yorubas. In terms of morals on public space, the Hausas triumph, u will hardly see them fighting over petty things like this |
| Re: Hausa Language On The New BRICS Currency by BadBradley: 2:25pm On Oct 24, 2024 |
There's no one Hausa language in BRICS currency. BRICS countries are Brazil South African Russia India No rustic language of the normadic most undeveloped tribe is the world is part of BRICS |

richmond500:So, the ones celebrating the choice of Hausa language are not bragging and showing off ego, right? When a northerner celebrate, it is not ego, when an Igbo man celebreate, it is ego, right? |
| Re: Hausa Language On The New BRICS Currency by omoadeleye(m): 2:27pm On Oct 24, 2024 |
richmond500:That wasn't an arabic language, it was hausa language and it's not like it's accepted. So representing the whole of Nigeria in hausa language is not cool |
| Re: Hausa Language On The New BRICS Currency by faxana(f): 2:34pm On Oct 24, 2024 |
Only bad thing about this is that the Hausas will gloat with it. |
