Fact: You cannot hire foreign workers unless you can’t find anyone in Canada to do the job. Companies have been using some loopholes to circumvent this.
New Policy aims to make it harder to circumvent amongst other things.

This has nothing to do with those currently working or have their work permit.

The only thing that would make some of you in this forum happy is if Nigerians abroad are packing oyibo shit. You guys wish Nigerians abroad to do odd jobs to justify yourselves unfortunately that is not the case.

Majority of Nigerians who came as PR or transitioned into PR become professionals in their career. Some continued their careers from where they stopped in Nigeria, some started in the factory and upgraded before transitioning into a professional career over time.
Success is not measured overnight, it is a long term game. Nigerians migrating are smart to capitalize on the working system to position themselves for long term success.

It's called population control, just like UK is still short of worker but due to population control and food shortages, they had to reduce influx of the immigrants.
