Back up vehicle, aides, media, security and ambulance for health emergencies. With this, it may just be only Security and back up vehicle.

The Press and Ambulance will be removed niyen. I don't know how they plan to replace the press in particular because they are the eyes and ears of the people's Sovereign. I suspect that most of the ministers will not adhere to this. Those with future political ambitions particularly need the media attention.

You are right. It is a good initiative; I doubt if it will be followed to the letter. But I don't think this directive will be feasible and convenient.
