Asari Dokubo the controversial Ijaw Militant leader has released a video lamenting the betrayal of of the Ijaws and Niger Deltans by the yorubas after the ijaws worked and voted their son Bola Ahmed Tinubu into power.Asari in the video vowed that the people of the Niger delta will henceforth only work with the northerners by firming alliance with them.

In the video he said “ I apologise to our fathers Melford Okilo and Prieye that they were not wrong for forming alliance with the north , and as young men we will now start same alliance ( with the north) now. As from today I will work ! Work work ! to form alliance with the north and crush any other opposition, because for those who hate us, we do not mean anything to them, whatever Ijaw people do do not mean anything to them !!……..All over Ijaw land we will spread the message that it is only northerners that can work with Ijaw people !…. We cannot work with Yoruba people they are betrayers !!!….. We risked our lives vited and did everything and this is what we get ?!!

Buhari came in and totally ignored the project for 8 years whereas Tinubu has made it a priority.

Asari should go ahead and move to the North permanently ASAP and seek his billions there.

There is something critically broken in the IQ levels of Rivers State people. I used to think Asari was a stupid man, but I'm learning this is the normal River State citizen and as an Igbo man, I'm beginning to agree with the ones that say they're not Igbo. Tompolo already had a Senate--endorsed contract from 2022, under Buhari, that was simply retained by the BAT Government perhaps because it is still running legally and contractually.

Different to Tinubu giving Tompolo a new contract. That is not the case with Asari who probably wants Tompolo deposed for him. Point remains same which is that Asari has developed a vindictive sense of entitlement because he supported Tinubu and feels that automatically entitles him to financial reward. Wrong President to do such against.
