I bought egg N250 today sir. I have friends who are poultry farmers and the gradual rise in the cost of feeds have nearly ruined the livestock industry. We need to address this as a matter of urgency.

Don't politicize this ministry. Be deliberate. Don't put 'your boys' there. We need results. We need square pegs in square holes. (Then again, I've never seen a square hole 😀)

Can someone kindly explain to the reading public, the rational behind inaugurating the Livestock Ministry (while we have The Ministry of Agriculture), while scrapping the Niger Delta Ministry?

Why is tinubu so vicious and ruthless with the way he tries to marginalise and deprive the former Eastern Nigeria, but will be ready to bend to breaking point just to impress the far north?
Your answer is staring at you, politicians go for what will benefit them before any other consideration. He needs the north more for his re-election bid so he needs to show them his commitment and loyalty.

Do you know I have been looking for proof to show that lamba king was ever chairman of Fidelity bank as his supporters always claim and so far I have not found any.

The only reference to an Obi is Mustafa Chike-Obi and not the lamba king. So far nobody has also been able to state how Obi made the money they claim he has that made him a billionaire. The only reference is a supermarket, but there are many ordinary folks who own supermarkets. The one he claim to have owned in the UK has been shut down for whatever reason.

UltraSolid:
If it is not you and your generation who are the "STUPID IDIOT" you call BAT then why are you or any of your family member not in his position delivering the governance you think Nigeria needs?

Yes Nigerian leaders are corrupt and self-serving but trust me when I say most are far more intelligent and better-educated than most of you who sit online foaming at the mouth and insulting them.

No doubt you are Obidients. Want to know the personification of a "STUPID IDIOT" political leader? Na your messiah Obi the Agulu fraud whose leadership CV is empty and only pays home to gross incompetence and abysmal failure.

They are worthless i.e Obidients. They run around supporting and praising the most empty, most overhyped, most incompetent, most clueless and most dullardly political of the four main ones who contested the 2023 Presidential election yet will be insulting Tinubu daily.

Same way Ojukwu, the cowardly and directionless egotists who sacrificed millions of their forebears callously, is hailed a great hero by them while they continue to demonize and insult arguably the greatest leader in Nigeria's history I.e Obafemi Awolowo.

You can tell they come from a culture of lunacy and lack of respect for anything and anyone because normal people defer to the truth even if they hate something or someone. For example, a normal person won't claim Toyota are "unreliable crap" because he owns an Audi since he has to respect the truth of how Toyota come first in vehicle reliability ratings every single year while his own Audi may be at number 30.

If Tinubu, the greatest politician Nigeria has known since 1999, and perhaps of all time, is "unintelligent" and "SO STUPID" what is the underwhelming, cowardly and failed Obi who has never built anything note, has no legacy project and fled PDP rather than face Atiku? They are just a cantankerous, very hateful, disrespectful, rude and highly offensive people. Totally crude with no class or finesse whatsoever.

Make una go de idle away in the cities and be crying food is expensive. Folks in the villages still eat meat at will. Many of them have free range animals that they do not have to buy feeds for to feed. They have chickens, goats, turkey, ducks, etc. The chicken lay eggs so all those 250 naira per egg non concern them.

They have gardens around the house for certain crops and farms to produce heavier foods. For fuel, their farms are inside bush and they often use bycicles or bikes to access them so the impact of fuel is lower on them.

Re: We Must Restart The Livestock Sector - President Tinubu by OBA2503: 10:59am On Oct 25, 2024
Dear Mr. President,
The livestock agricultural sector is facing huge challenges and government intervention is needed urgently to revive the sector.
For instance, poultry farmers are heavily bogged down by the rising cost of inputs - transportation cost, energy cost, feed and fertilizers.
A crate of egg is now N6000. Even the average citizen will find it difficult to chop egg now at this rate.
We all know protein is a vital nutrient for child development.
The Federal government have to subsidize these listed costs above for players in the food value chain.
If not, the rising costs in everyday food items will keep soaring.
If the so called big farms like Obasanjo farms, SCL farms, Fashola farms are moribund or running skeletal operations in the current economic conditions, how much more the subsistence farmers that have no capital base to rely on for funding.
I believe the APC led government will rise up to these urgent situation and arrest this negative trend as soon as possible.
God bless Nigeria. God bless H.E. Tinubu. God bless its citizens

The livestock ministry isn't proper hence we still have ministry of Agriculture.

But, Niger Delta ministry is laughable..when we have NDDC.

That ministry being scraped is a good thing in terms of cutting cost.

As for FG refusing to invest in Livestock, the joke is on them.
Federal government can come into animal feed production or Own Hatchery farms.

The lack off respect and appreciation for other not your kinsmen, that is inherent in your culture, is part of what makes you people so loathed. You lot are godawful. As long as it ain't Igbo, it must be thrashed and insulted. If you know any Igbo politician that has achieved even 5% of what Tinubu has, since 1999, then we will agree your insult against his universally lauded intellect stands.

Obi, your greatest, flees from Party to Party, which most know is a display of lack of intellect to develop and sustain political platforms, and you Hypocrites proclaim him a genius. Even APGA he inherited free of charge, he abandoned and virtually destroyed. Leaving Bianca Ojukwu to lay a curse on him.

Tinubu single-handedly built ACN and made it Nigeria's main opposition Party to PDP by 2013 before the Party collapsed it's structure into the APC Jagaban helped to birth. Feats regarded as genius and legendary universally. Yet to you uncouth lot, born without the ability to be respectful towards others, "he is not intelligent". Who is intelligent? You? Your father?

You people, because you are primed to hate all others and see them as threats you must conquer and dominate, will never be fit to lead a multicultural and mjlti-religion nation like Nigeria. Whenever not in charge anywhere, you are then only fit to insult, destroy, be divisive and insultive. May God heal you lot.
You lots are the most backward, primitive on the planet. First, anybody criticizing the govt is Igbo.
In human world, You earn respect and leaders who bastardize their country for selfish reasons deserve condemnation, but you guys are brain dead and defend your killers/oppressors. What an idiot.
These men you defend have families overseas enjoying life while your miserable ass sits in there and defend them in misery.
Are you a human?
May Satan continues to keep you in bondage and misery so that you will always keep defending politicians who don't give a damn about you
