There are some houses 2 streets away from my own in PHC, all the tenants more than 30 parked out cos during the rains, they have to build plank bridge to get home with folded trousers. Reason, community sold the Canal as land an it was sand filled and built upon water has nowhere to go

Very secured area, 24/7 electricity (23.9hrs at least), no flooding, good roads, closer to all important places on the mainland etc.
