The first problem with your analogy is you assume he cares about the people. Secondly you don’t really understand the concept of a plan.

He removed subsidy, that is a decision. What is the plan around mitigating the effect on the economy? No plan. Floated the naira. That is a decision. What is the plan to ensure the value doesn’t free fall? No plan. Two decisions that shouldn’t have been made simultaneously. I hope this helps you understand what a plan is.

You removed subsidy. What measures did you put in place before you removed it? If T-pain had a plan he would have at least put some measures in place to curtail they effects on the masses before announcing it's removal. You don't just do something without planning for it. You need to plan for the trip, get your visa, arrange for accomodation, get money for expenses etc. T-pain just made announcement without planning for it.
