Those demanding Bianca to reject her appointment as minister of state will never allow a woman to be their governor in that their crude enclave. They won't even allow her contest for senatorial position either in her husband's state Anambra or her own paternal state of Enugu.

When Bianca contested as a Senator representing a senatorial zone in Anambra , she was denied the ticket and asked to go back to her own state of Enugu to contest. The rejection started in her own husband's party, APGA which the then Governor Obi was vying for same position. Obi being the most crude divisive and bigoted politician out there , who was able to create a divide between Catholic and Anglican faithfuls in Anambra (yes, he is such a devil ), chased Bianca out of the race and told her to go to her state of origin to contest for the senatorial zone. Also, remember Betty Akerelodu and how when she decided to contest for a federal legislative position in her own state of origin, Imo, her people told her to return back to her husband's state and contest the position there.

Both Bianca and Betty have been victims of crass Ibo society misogyny. Bianca was told off to go to her own state of origin to contest , while Betty was chased out of her own state of origin, Imo and told to go and contest in her husband's state of Ondo. It's safe to assume that if Bianca had contested in Enugu, her own people would have told her to return to her husband's state of Anambra to contest just as they did to Betty.

Those now preaching to Bianca to reject her appointment as a Federal Minister did not allow her a platform to contest neither has Bianca been seen worthy of a Commissioner position and if Bianca had come out to contest as Governor in either her husband's state of Anambra or her own state of Enugu, the same treatment she and Betty got when contesting for a federal legislative position would have sufficed.

Now that Tinubu has seen her worthy of a federal appointment in one of the most sensitive positions and ministery, they are now demanding she reject the offer.
