Lol you are a clown. Heads of TCN, NERC,REA and ECN are Northerners. Bandits and terrorists have been busy having a field day blowing up installations, substations et al. True. The multiple grid collapse caused blackout disruption in my side of Lagos that has only improved the last two day.
