I think this punishment meted to the Libyans is trivial.

Firstly, you endangered the lives of a full national team when you diverted the flight away from the initial destination.

Secondly, you abused the players emotionally, physiological by passing the team through that ordeal.

The verdict should have read that the Libyan national team is barred from holding any of their home matches on home soil for the next five years.

Then Nigerian team should be reimbursed what ever amount of penny that was used to persecute the botched match
