The 80 naira to a dollar was the bm rate. The official rate under abacha was 21 to 22 naira. Yet you claim you were buying at 170 under abacha. The aboki cheated you. Secondly, dollar arbitrage transactions were still rife under obj. We still had different rates. He didn't eradicate black market selling of dollars.
