There's one solution and it's for you to engage in regular fastings, prayer and word study.

Commit your time away from your husband and use it to gain deeper depth in Christ.

As you are gaining depth the Holy Spirit will regulate your sexual appetite - and make it normal. Currently, your sexual appetite is untamed and it's likely a product of your past.

This is something I have seen the Lord do for me when I commit myself to him. My sexual appetite is regulated to normalcy.
