A team like man city would have put in like up to 10 goals against this Barca team with such high line set up. All they had to do was beat the offside trap or give long balls from defence over the high line of the Barca defence and allow fast players like Vini and Rodrigo chase. Of course the Barca defence would not be able to keep up with the pace of these guys with those long balls. But despite such flaws in the Barca set up, Madrid still couldn't capitalize but always found themselves in offside. Any team playing a high line is a gift which any attacking team would exploit and score many goals. That's why you'd see that from the start till end of the game, Madrid had countless chances to finish off the game but their strikers especially mbappe disappointed full time

I'm not being hateful. I've been a staunch and unwavering real Madrid fan since year 2000 when they won the UCL against Valencia and I know the potentials of this team. So it's not about hate. They played woefully because any good attacking side would have put in up to 10 goals against this Barca side with a high defence line. Against Bayern, Barca didn't use this same high line tactics. Bayern were actually the ones that used the high line and that's partly why they got thrashed by Barca.

Can you just take a moment to read what you wrote and ask how sensible it is. Any attacking side would put 10 past barca, yet nobody has been able to do that in over 10 games in all competitions. Barca thrashed a bayern side that boasts of attacking talents like davies, kane, musiala, olise,gnabry etc and restricted them to just one goal, yet you claim barca are winning cos their opponents are bad. It wont hurt to give honour to whom its due.
