Immunity doesn't even cover the governor or President. It only said the holder of the officer can't be arrested or charged to court. The family members are not part of this time bomb too.

The office holder can be impeached for wrong doing because immunity can't work then.

The building is not immune. Anyone can be arrested even in the presidential house or lodge.

This statement is what a principal with good understanding of governance and loyal to the principles of being loyal to the national flag would sack such a staff or asked to resign immediately. This how a strong and sane is governed and seen.

I was trying to understand till I saw “…the police cannot help EFCC” We have a chief of staff and you say things like this, this tinubu govt has made EFCC very weak. The police doesn’t have to wait for EFCC to arrest an ex govt.
