Some portions of Osisioma flyover are getting dilapidated and poses danger as expansion of the damaged portions are imminent, I call on the government of Abia state led by governor Alex C. Otti to intervene through it's direct labour using the men of Abia state ministry of works, share widely to get the attention of the government.

I think this is the wrong way to build a flyover by raising pillars and filling the in-between with sand and then putting tar over it.
The flyovers i know to have lasted were built with heavy prefabricated slaps. They are then assembled and joined together(tightly fitted) then before tar is laid over it.
