Several police Stations? Isn't the Police force a National organization meaning that submitting a petition amounts to submitting it to the entire police force? I mean the fact that police officers in one state can be deployed to other states as evidenced by recent events should mean that filing a non-local petition at one place amounts to filing it at pretty much the same police everywhere.
