The point is no sensible team will swap a better player with inferior one, unless they have economic problem or the player wants out.

Let's even look at their goals stats for their national teams, one can easily detect the better striker between Guirassy and Jackson. Despite one playing for a mediocre team and the other playing for one of the best teams in Africa, one is almost useless in his primary role upfront.

No sane coach will pick Jackson over Guirassy just as Nateevs won't swap a $100 bill with #100, unless he is just clowning just as he is displaying on this Jackson's issue.
