Canoe and duck soap of those days, very anyhow soap. Melts very fast, sticks to cloths, sticks to dishes, you'll be tasting soap in your food if your plates are not properly rinsed. My mum used to buy and cut into like 6 pieces so we dont waste it. Very annoying soap

It was mainly for washing clothes and plates and the only advantage it had was just the length as you can cut, use and keep the rest for latter use but aside that it was a very nonsense stuff.

Truck soap. Comes in two types; One is softer with a smooth surface and the other is hard with somehow rough surface. Ncha truck. Cost 20 naira a bar. The full bar sold between 80 naira and 100 naira.

They are now produced in smaller units packed in a branded wrap. It now comes in either white or orange colours with good fragrance.
