I realized there are criterias for Ballon Dor especially 'fair play and conduct category' and believe me Vini lack those traits. I wish you see that dude behaviors and aggressiveness on the pitch. Even I read where Ancelotti said that Vini doesn't listen to instructions and do have issues with his teammate frequently. Apart from Messi and Ronaldo talent and performance, believe me, good conduct also contributed to those prizes they won. I've never hear or see either Messi or Ronaldo having issues with coach or their teammate.
Professionalism and sportsmanship is also part of the game.

If he doesn't change and adjust his characters, he will never win Ballon Dor. Period!

What I've seen about u is that u are just sentimental and likely a Madrid and Ronaldo fan and an anti-messi. First of all, all the time Messi and Ronaldo were winning ballon dor no other players stood a chance. If u a close observer of football without sentiment u will understand that Rodri brilliant and exceptional performance and work rate didn't start recently.


Even the season they won UCL that everyone was hyping haaland it was Rodri that was the main man for city. Rodri , de bruyne, bernado Silva were clearly more important for man city than haaland.
