You don't just (as a lecturer) unilaterally make a decision to take girls or any student on night outings unless except the school and boards approve such, then you can say it's professionalism.

Sometimes people need to be realistic.. there is nothing wrong with a supervisor having a night out with his students(female or male) they’re final year students so I see nothing wrong.

The lecturer is not the one paying their school fees, and he should know better that the society holds him to a high and reputable standard.

Not everybody can see what is wrong that's why I won't blame you. A lecturer should not and must never make such unilaterally decisions to take girls on night outings for whatever engagements. If anything untowards happens to any of the girls, such lecturer has not only soil his name and career, but also damage the reputation of the school.
