I was like him way back. I hate to dress cooperate some years back myself. I went for an interview with palm slippers and I failed, it was a school interview and I already paid acceptance fee. I failed the interview and my money was refunded
Also during my service year in 2015, I was asked to teach biology to SS2 and SS3 students, I thought them like 3 times or so, and I stopped going to the school. My principal and the biology teacher in that school didn't want them to clear me on the last day(I did 1 other nonsense too ooo). I begged tire🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

One way government can improve on education is to ask all the places that NYSC people are posted to to also give reviews about the product of various universities, that way we will know those schools that produce low quality graduates.

Just keep capping,I teach very well even under supervision....I'm not like u...it's even maths and further maths I teach....I just don't like it ....I wanna do something else.....

You lack comprehension Did you not read where I mentioned humility and presenting his needs well for it to be meet . His problem is insubordination. He feels his principal can not tell him what to do . He should humble himself and get what he wants. He is answerable to him until he finishes his service . Stop encouraging bad behaviour. So if he happens to get a job after service, he will say he does not have money that's why he can not dress properly.. I guess he equally told soldiers in orientation comp that he can not dress well during morning PT

Trust me you don't want the headache of deferring your service. Just do it, it's just a year.

Is the school even normal? I understand they are trying to install morals, but since their own paid teachers are wearing pam, it shouldn't be a problem...

I served in Akwa ibom almost 12years now, and nobody was dictating to me what to wear, though I dress corporate, there are sometimes I wear native on Monday with cap self and its a private school

There was a bit delay in compiling my own results as one of my papers wasn't seen until after other results had been taken to the Senate for approval. It was later my result was added together with the subsequent semester results for another Senate approval. What's going to happen in this case? Would I still go for NYSC or get exempted ? Actually I want the later cos I have a job I don't want to leave now

I know you can write to NYSC to defer your service . I did mine when I was not strong enough to go to camp. That was long time ago sha . I had to option for the next batch . You know things do change . I do not know if this age factor is still considered during youth service. I believe your HOD or Dean can advice you better .

Yes NYSC is supposed to be suspended or abandoned mainly for The on going inter States Region transfer systems because of the ongoing terrorism activities across the Nation.
Parents should not allow their children to be transferred into another state Regions for services rather it must be into their state Regions because of the ongoing terrorism activities across the country Nigeria.

Of course yes. By next year, you'd remobilise although it's would be viewed as absconded. All you need to do is to stop everything about it henceforth and also expect that their 33 or 77k allowance would be stopped the moment you stop going for clearance and showing up at your PPA

Moreover, you can continue with your dressing if that's your major challenge, so far you are not dirty, the school should get themselves busy with academic stuff and not your fashion. If they are not cool with it, let them buy you their kind of cooperate dress so far it won't affect your stipends from them or outrightly reject you. The principal can only complain bruh

Alright bro. If u have carryovers as a final year student, u are not a graduate yet. You must clear all ur courses b4 them issue u cert as a graduate. Then ur school will now forward ur name to nysc. Nysc will now upload it on their Portal wc will warrant u to register as a Corps member. Then again if ur above 30 u can't serve. They will give u letter of exemption. So for him to be a corper he's a cert graduate. U get the point now?

Go to the Nysc Federal secretariat of ur state, tell them to change ur PPA.
But try dey dress well na my guy. If u dress well those ur fellow corpers and fine fine girls u dey teach go dwy fall for u Ajeh

Tell him u are not financially buoyant to buy those corporate clothes he wants you to put on...
