I have been waiting for months, he always comes up with excuses and more of it.

Good morning Nairalanders.

I met a phone dealer in 2020 here on Nairaland.
Go by the username: Psalmz.(osams communications)

I brought my samsung S10 plus then from his hand, but never met him in person, he is based in Lagos, and I was in Warri then.
I got the phone the next day.
Fast forward to 2022, I bought a Samsung S20 from his hand, he delivered it also.

July 20th this year.
He posted a phone via WhatsApp broadcast, an iPhone 14 pro max, e sim, factory unlocked, restarts sometimes @ 500k.
We bargain for 490k.

Well he told me, it will take a week before the phone gets to his hand and there after have it ship over to my before we make the transaction. I didn't much questions cause of the previous successful business we had.

From then till now I haven't gotten the phone or a

From July 20th to October 30th.
That's 3 month from what he said it won't take up to 2 weeks to get to me.

The truth about this whole thing is my shipping company messed up and I lost a whole lot consignment with them because Nigerian customs seized their goods, but this is not the story my customers wants to hear. They paid for their gadgets and they expect to have it or get their money back. Since they can't have it, I have to start refunding everyone little by little. I have lost millions on this , but my other customers on this thread can confirm that I am refunding them little by little. I agree that I should have been more forthcoming instead of trying to buy time with stories, and I accept my fault. I will refund the OP his money. He just exercise a little more patience while I try to raise money. It's bad business and it happens. Sorry for the whole misunderstanding

Op, please I implore you to discuss with him privately and understand his predicament. He is human like us. I know it’s not easy to tell one to be separated from his money and still be patient.
