It's up to Rivers State to take the law into their hands. Judges in Abuja can feel free to play around with Rivers simply because they have no stake in it.

We may dislike Wike and his politics.

But it makes no sense that Governor Fubara is running an entire state on the basis of decisions taken by a 4 - man house of assembly.

If i were Fubara, rather than these threats of crisis, I would ignore Wike, and open up channels of rapprochement with the other legislators so as to restore a semblance of peace to my state. Sometimes you need to stoop to conquer.

Frankly this war with Wike does River State no good. Fubara cannot expect to ride on a tiger's back to government house and so carelessly want to jettison the tiger without any resistance.

But he needs to take charge of his state and make peace with all stakeholders.

It doesn't hold water " the judgement will be thrown out for lack of technicality. court can't deprive people their constitutional rights of entitlement through proceed of motherland it's absurd ....

that is not the issue here. The issue is that he has refused to present budget legally even after the Courts have given judgegement that he should do so.

This wasn't done to him but to the LGA chairmen, he created LGAs in Lagos and expected the FG to fund the new LGs and the old FG. FG suspended the allocation of the old LG(illegally) he was then forced to change them to LCDAs. FG didn't touch Lagos state government allocation.

Instead of looking at the facts, most are just condemning the judgement and blaming Wike. Justice is blind and has no emotional feelings. It's not democratic for a four man assembly to make laws for a state because they are not a quorum
