Beşiktaş striker Batuhan Karadeniz has made a stunning remark about Victor Osimhen following his performance in the Istanbul derby yesterday.

The Turkey international reckons the Super Eagles striker has made the Süper Lig less competitive, after scoring another goal to help Galatasaray beat Beşiktaş at the RAMS Park.

Galatasaray have won the Süper Lig in the last two seasons, and the addition of the 25-year-old has made them a more formidable opponent.

Speaking after the Istanbul derby, Karadeniz detailed how well Osimhen has performed and stated that his showings for Galatasaray have made the Turkish top-flight less competitive.

In quotes relayed by SuperHaber, he said: "Victor Osimhen, since the d, I have never seen such a playeray he arrived, comes out and tears himself apart when he scores a goal.

"So many big world stars will come to a league like ours and I will get tired watching… This is what you call a football player, he gives full value for the money he gets.

"They hired a guy named Victor Osimhen, can a center forward kick the ball in every position? This is cheating, close this. Osimhen needs to be banned from the Super League, cancel his character. Unfair competition, this guy!

"He comes to his own penalty area for the corner, kicks the ball. He goes to the opponent's penalty area, gets into a goal position. He turns and gets the ball in the midfield, and is in the counter-attack again.

"What kind of a player is this, I have never seen such a player! Send him back, whoever is taking him, Osimhen has become a scourge to the Super League"
