Based on your illustration, the truth is that Rivers State has less oil wells than Delta and Akwa Ibom but the fundamental things is ethinicity will be a factor because the oil wells is situated Ijaw territories which may lead to a sharp drop in foreign earnings to the country called Nigeria.
