In VI 2 bedroom rent goes from 10m to 15m per year, while same two bedroom can be sold for 200m.

Just yesterday my friend a realtor told me, she is looking for 2 bedroom in either VI, Ikoyi for 12m yearly rent and up till now, she has not gotten. If the governor built 40 flat and put it at even 10m per year, the state will be making 400m yearly. If he decides to sell them off, then each flat is between 150m to 200m in that axis now.
