There is a cheat to it.
Here is how to do it, after you have applied and denied, there is this guy in the Ministry of foreign affairs here in warsaw who you will write to detailing your application to and sharing a copy of your refusal letter. In your email to him, you have to be paraing. Also remember to copy the embassy in the email.
Consul will write you a separate email to appeal the decision, and he will grant the visa 100%.

Nb: the downside is you pay visa fees twice.

Na that nostrify stuff u no fit use outside Poland because its was issued in Poland

As this group cool e be like una done get the Koko. For now forget about studying in Poland. They are going to make their visa harder than before. Students may not be able to work full time from June 2025 and to work go be long process. In the name of whatever you serve avoid this city Wrocław. Wonderful city but your residence card may take forever to get. If you coming in no say God really put eye for your matter. And for those coming to work through study forget it.

If you are going for Bsc you need to authenticate your certificate in moe&mofa, legalize at the Embassy and send to Poland for notrification first before applying.

You can check for further information from the website of the school you want to apply
Also be careful now because their fake schools in Poland now and some schools are also yet to renew their licence, so make proper research before applying.

For a Bachelor's degree

1. After admission you should book a legalisation appointment date at the Embassy to legalize your WAEC/NECO certificate and high school transcripts at the Polish Embassy

2. Deliver the original documents to your school

3. The school/ agency helps with the translation and submission at the Polish Educational board for the recognition certificate ( nostrification)

4. School / agency sends the documents back to you in your home country

5. Book Visa appointment date

6. Attach the necessary SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS to process your study visa

Many are making mistakes..many applicants are even coming for visa interviews without doing all that is necessary(authenticating &legalising before visa application)
These are common mistakes that leads to automatic refusal witnessed in the rate of refusal in their embassy in Abuja.

how do you make corrections on the form in the embassy? with your pen or is there a special pen for it at the embassy?

It can be edited from your online form on the day of your visa appointment..if your travelling date does not correspond with the one in your flight itinerary, many make such mistakes and some due to the fact they were not able to get visa appointment on time.

Is it for study or work ?, if for study Bsc, you can use sponsorship, your sponsor will provide
sponsorship letter, Affidavit of sponsorship, bank statement of acct, bank reference Letter, his or her means of identification ie passport data page or NiNS, and it is better if the sponsor is your immediate family.
For masters or work, you can put the money in your account as self sponsor or as well use your family member as your sponsor and you must spelt it out in your SOP you are submitting.

You can, but it depends on your age
Because you are going to show ties to your home country, including showing evidence of properties you have ie house, land, if you have such to show as prove of Home Ties Status which is very important, are they in your name, at what age did you acquire them ?.

At this point I won’t even advise anybody to try Poland when it comes to study Visa…..it better you used that 135 euros for visa application to buy suya with it.

Almost 11 of us that went for collection today was rejected base on number 10….you better start looking for serious and affordable European countries to apply too

I'm 23 and have landed properties for use for home ties, I acquired one last year and another one this year, will self sponsor fly with my age and also is there any other way to prove home ties, also for the Nostrification can it be done at the embassy when submitting my application?

There are ways to prove ties your home country but however your age is a factor, I believe you are going for Bsc, being sponsored by your close family relative would have been a better option, because some under graduate student that was granted visa yesterday use their family member as their sponsor.

The new rule of admissions for under graduate applicants is serious, if you want to have any chances of getting visa approval do it before applying.

Considering what he said, I really didn't expect anyone to apply through study route to Poland again this period. Pls, everyone and anyone should stay off Poland, if not for anything, for your mental sake. Pls. It's not easy to waste money on travel this period
