What about Rivers state, Delta and Bayelsa states? With all the oil revenues yet, poverty even in their state capitals?

When will citizens starts asking these leaders questions? Or is it a Black Man problem?? Because I know if Nigeria was a white country, it would have been one of the leading destinations in the world...

At the end of the day, 30 trillion naira is not enough for a country of 250 million people. We kind of need at least four times that to get what we want.

New York was already well structured, planned, beautiful, with high standard of living in 1600 that's 17th century.

Number 2: the minimum wage there is high, so they can afford to pay high wage.

With these two points of mine, I hope I've convinced you and not confused you that the moment politicians start to use Abuja allocations judiciously and not thieving, and also make minimum wage 250k, that we will become willing to pay more tax for the sake of overall development.

Are we not holding them to account? You didn't see endsars? You didn't see the August 1st 2024 end bad governance protest? You didn't see the outrage against 2023 election? The only thing Nigerians haven't done is coup.

All those money are still not able to get us where we want to. Atleast not just yet. However, in the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king. It's not suprising that those two states are where alot of less privileged Nigerians from other states mostly migrate to, aside Abuja and maybe Rivers state.
