Yorubanza mumu. Once an Appeal has been lodged, it acts as automatic stay of execution whether or not a motion for stay is filed. Any lower Court that goes on to execute it's judgment that is subject to an ongoing appeal it is aware of, commits contempt. All they need to do is submit the notice of Appeal and accompanying letter to that lower Court informing them of the appeal filed. Motion for stay is superfluous at that stage.

The gov should present budget to just anybody, because those guys are just like any other guys in rivers haven lost their seats

Why didn't he tell d president dat d guys have lost dia seats, but went ahead to sign d agreement wch said it shld be represented. Na dat signing dem use hold am. Not even d courts.
