adolfHitler1934:The OP's post cannot be compared to a movie at all, as it is instead on a forum. If OP were instead writing a fictional tale, then Nairaland is probably not the place to post such. ![]() 2. Nigerians should learn not to show the slums in Nigeria to what end? To deceive their fellow Nigerians into thinking all is well when it ain't? Isn't that sort of like what your politicians like to do, lie to you all that all is well while they kill off the nation? ![]() |

Aba is one of the best planned city in Nigeria. It was only the past governors that tried to destroy it. With the current governor, In few years, Aba will bounce back |

Kobojunkie:the post you commented on talked about "interconnecting roads! "ZOOM IN & look at the now all paved interconnecting roads! " that's town planning. And u alluded it was because it was the major town and are asking of residential areas. Most of the houses in that picture are residential areas. And I'm trying to enlighten you that even on the fringes of aba main town, the residentisl houses are as well planned. Do u have a problem with comprehension? |
| Re: Aerial View Of Aba, Abia State With Paved Interconnecting Roads by Kobojunkie: 11:14pm On Oct 30, 2024 |
thatigboman:Again, what portion of my comment led you to believing that I was particularly interested in the paving of the interconnected roads in the picture? Are you certain I am the one with the comprehension issue here cause clearly, you responded to my post and not to the other there. ![]() |

Liar!!!! If e sure you say Otti do all those roads, list their names make we see. Otti has never constructed any single road in Abia. That he rehabilitated some already existing roads that needs maintenance doesn't make him any Messiah. And counting the roads he has rehabilitated, they're not more than 10. If e sure for you, list all of them with pictures. No be to dey claim other people's projects be the problem, defend it with evidence if you say na you get am. |

SonOfDSoil01:What you should have asked him is how many Yoruba men have the courage to form associations in Enugu South East, North or South South.... Yoruba people are always scared when they leave their language zones,...and that has made them talk majory from hearsay but once anyone of them hits Igbo land , they will always love to marry an Igbo girl and swear never to return to Ogbomoso.... Pls advise our brothers to be like Hausas and Igbos , co-existing, socialisation brings more civilization than blind arguments.... |

I thank God that Prof Nnenna Oti did not allow the APC and INEC to rig the Abia state governorship election in favour of the APC. That is the only reason why Abia state and the commercial city of Aba are beaming with renewed glory. Good governance is what makes the difference between poverty and wealth, development, progress and backwardness and undevelopment. |

ArcSEMPECJ:this garbage belongs to the thrash bin🤣🤣🤣 Yoruba should leave their zone to where? Your poto poto land that every Okoro cant wait to japa from like you are being chased? Nwanne pls have sense🤣🤣 Who no like better thing if you had a place like lagos or Ibadan in your cursed poto poto land, would you leave it and go reside in a place like Anambala ? 🤣🤣 stop sounding stupid.Yoruba only migrate to more prosperous places, mostly abroad better than where they are coming from, not leave a Better lagos yorubaland for a barren region🤣🤣 Nwokem I served in owerri and did my camp in Umuna bende Abia state, to tell you the fact I wasn’t impressed, its all empty hype from you chest beaters🤣🤣 is it owerri with just hotels and olosho everywhere? No industries ![]() The only thing I enjoyed there was your women, who are crazily obsessed about Lagos Yoruba boys The trend of migration is from east to west and if you sensible you should already know the reason for that ![]() |

AcuraZDX:my brother i live most of my lifetime in aba.... Infact after I travelled overseas my first investment is to buy property 3 storey building I renovated tennant road by York . That 3 storey building there nah me get am... I bought that place 45m in 2011 when the owner my former landlord wanted to sell it... I bought it from him through his lawyer, now as am talking to you right now, that house worth over 200m because it's in strategic location and very close to Shopping centre Aba... Back to the topic, the gap between the poor and the rich in Aba are close that's why in Aba u can see poor man and big man as neighbours... Are are densely developed... From the picture am seeing this is central of Aba, please tell that man to Google Lagos street by ph road , that name they was nicknames lagos street.. because of high rise residential building there... Even if you go to Ama Ndi umowu , obohia, ohanku Ngwa road u will see all these high rise apartments, and 98.9% of them are owned by Aba residence... There's no poverty in Aba as far you go fit commot shame for face hustle like man |
