Even if they withdrew the affidavit, PDP and Governor Fubara has their own copy of the affidavit. The court where the affidavit was issued have a duplicate copy of the affidavit.

The court of law is not social media.

A video doesn't serve as the required document for joining a party or resigning from a party.

And this news must be fake because you do no need to swear affidavit that you have left a party.
What you need do is present a resignation letter.
The PDP doesn't have a resignation letter presented to them by the law makers, a resignation letter is the official document recognized by the law not a video. without a resignation letter their names remain in the PDP register which is why the state PDP has said that the lawmakers are still their members.
So Fubara needs to provide their resignation letter from the PDP and also provide evidence that their names are on the register of the APC Fubara and his lawyers have non of this.
which is why the court is actually right about what they are doing.
Nigerians are too emotional and stewpeedity that is why many people are saying Wike braided this and that. The judgment is open and plane. You can't have 27 members in a state house and only 4 members pass a budget into law, it is illegal, Fubara may be facing alot of issues after leaving office, because in the eyes of the law he has no right spending the money he is spending because in the eyes of the law the budget has not been passed.

They have to withdrew it so as to do it properly... They have to go through the wards...after acceptance into their respective APC wards. They will then proceed to next thing which is to file an affidavits...so as it stands now...the withdrawn affidavit is a nulity void & of no effect... Can't be used for or against them...smart
