Quentin Taratino is a dope head and might have said this after some grass sesh 🍃😅. Plus Joaquin Phoenix is a bonafide industry plant, and gets shielded from criticism alot

The number of bad things i have about the flick vs the good things i have about the flick is like 95:5, so i am very much inclined to skip seeing the movie all altogether.

Let's be serious, I liked the idea of a sequel, but this was planned as a one-off and they went even further to make it a musical ke... That's like the worst movie medium imo, no way anyone it's taking you serious with that.

The point of the first movie was to give a fresh take on the Joker origin story. Basically it could as well be another universe.

And it was meant to be a standalone movie. From what I heard, the director was forced to make a second movie, so he used the opportunity to send a fvck you to "incels" and also the fans of the first movie who sympathized with Joker.

He used the second movie to completely undo the first movie.

Joker 2 is so bad that many people believe it was made to be intentionally bad.

That kind of character assassination does not come about by mistake. It was done on purpose, that's the going theory

Not for hardcore comic book fans or even the regular movie-going guys


For me, since I watched Joker 2 at home, I was able to fast forward most of the musical scenes.

But I pity those who watched at the cinema...some of the scenes were alright...but some must have been torture watching them sing and sing
