There are procedures used by these entertainers to obtain police uniforms and even guns if they wish to use it in their acts. So wearing a police uniform without due process is the crime so don't call out other people who have sense to have followed due process unlike VDM that didn't follow due process because of his foolishness.

Look at the crest very well and compare it with that of the NPF, the are not the same.
