Former President Buhari and Emefiele did a lot of that. No meaningful achievement to date. There's NIRSAL, Bank of Agriculture or something like that and other direct interventions by CBN. We're still on the same level or worse.

Lagos is part of south west and not south east. Even when the labour guy was contesting but yorubas didn't gave have him a chance because he was disconnected from them. How will a proper human being not been able to speak his father's language but fluently speak his mother's own.
