The problem with Arteta is that he is very stubborn. He likes to go contrary to public opinion as to who to feature, just so he can prove a point. If at the end of this season he doesn't win anything, it will be time for Arsenal to look elsewhere. He has been given more than enough time.

Look at Martinelli, he keeps doing the same thing every match, running into defenders like a headless chicken.
