I disagree with your opinion on Fed govt releasing those boys to their state for either prosecution or otherwise.


In the first instance, these boys were protesting against the government of Asiwaju led Federal government not their state.

Secondly, they were appealing to foreign Countries to help seize government from a democratic elected Federal government.
(Let them go and convince the court for such action)


Again, they were also inviting Military to forcefully take over from a democratically elected government.


I strongly stand with the Fed government on this prosecution so as to deter future reoccurrences.
Its now left for the court to decide if the accused are guilty or not.
Regardless, next time politicians try to engage them on similar assignments, they'll think twice .

The spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, says that persons below the age of seven are the ones that cannot be charged to court.



According to him, anyone who is above seven years of age can be charged to court if found wanting.



He stated this in an interview with Channels TV while reacting to the public outcry for the arraignment of 67 minors in a court in Abuja for alleged treason and destruction of public property during the End Bad Governance protest.

The only bad thing I see here is that Nigerian police should have released those guys long ago. Even if they are vandals, let their state governor prosecute them if he so wish to. FG should remove hand in this, it is not their fight.
