As if they will inform you that they're investigating you. Good for you if you understand "how these things work".

But what you've just explained, anybody can pick that from Hollywood movies.

Law enforcement cannot and will not investigate everybody in their watchlist, but if you show your hand too much (as in expose yourself whether you're a criminal or not), you are more likely than not to be investigated (without noise)

"Big boy fraudster" is not the issue.

You obviously don't understand how law enforcement works especially American law enforcement and justice system. They hardly go after frivolities. America has millions of fraudsters in it's database marked as fraudster but they don't investigate them. High numbers of Nigerian yahoo boys have their information in the system but not on watchlist.


Only certain big boy fraudsters dealing in millions of dollars are investigated and placed on watchlist.

But if Peller scammed a certain American citizen a thousand or ten thousand or even 100k, the American citizen can pay private investigators to investigate and identify the culprit, then liase with EFCC.

And who be dem? I'm an experienced software engineer and professional cyber security expert and I understand how these things work
