You can raise a ticket and they can update it for you, its easier and safer that way

Write that you attended an interview on a particular date and was requested to submit additional document and the date you submitted it ,Please you need an update. You can use chat GPT to generate one, the mail must be polite.

Hi guys, I paid for my mums Mrv fees last year October on the old portal. Her Visa appointment is next year January. Would the fee still be valid ?
Also I am trying to update the information on her DS160 on the old portal but it’s not going through .

Thanks to all the contributors here. Please I have a bit of confusion and I need some clarification. I'm helping my elderly aunt prepare her application and she qualifies for Interview waiver. We received an Interview Waiver Confirmation Letter immediately after booking the highlighted available appointment dates but the letter does not carry any of her application details on it. I'm not sure if this is the normal response or if there is a mistake somewhere.

I have done forgot password countless times but I wasn’t getting any messages from Avits in my mail. My interview is on the 7th November. I have chatted support, they said they sent a link to change my password and I haven’t gotten any link since yesterday till now. I’m beginning to start panicking. Kindly help me on what to do. I am going through the same thing. I called, and they said they would also send me a link, but I have not gotten it yet. Maybe you need to contact them again.

Then provide the Full name, date of birth, DS-160 confirmation number, passport number and a description of the issue

You have to keep trying. If not, you may have to pick a later date next year that would most likely go through. You need to try to do that today so you don't miss your interview date.

It's always better to change the password before it expires.

Try the forgot my password option again.

The only option left is to call. I don't have the number. Perharps others can help.

Check your log in details. I had a slight issue that I was able to resolve by changing my username to my email address.

Chat Customer Support agent and request for a forgot password link to be sent to you manually, give the agent your email address during the chat and check your mailbox regularly for the link, do password reset immediately the link drops because the link expires after 30 minutes, alternatively, you can do forgot password at late in the night and use the link immediately as it drops, I guess it expires after 30 minutes too as was once told by a Customer Support Agent.
