Maresca has a lot of work to do. Poch was able to beat top clubs. Maresca has not beaten any top club yet. How do you compete when you can’t beat the top teams?

The annoying thing about this game and the result is that,had the form been vice - versa, man united wouldn't have sent us but to compound to our woes.

Biggest positive is that we're back in the top four inspite of the result. And we've played three of the traditional top six, who usually give us problems especially recently.

Know for certain the likes of Palmer, James, Caicedo, Lavia will be the heart of this team, both now and in the future. Perhaps Colwill as well, and Neto also looks really promising. Almost everyone else has a ❓ or a ❌ attached to their name.

As they are busy dropping points now against big teams, I just hope when we meet those mid table to bottom teams we go on a long winning streak that’s the only way this will make sense.
