I have seen Gov Fubara talk, he is not cerebral in his talk and approach at all. Wike has been governor for 8years,and in charge of Rivers state wealth, you can't come up with any fact that he has stolen Rivers state money despite you are his chief accountant, is it when he is no longer governor that he will want Rivers state wealth?
