A Federal high court in Abuja has struck out the suit against 119 protesters charged over the nationwide #EndBadGovernance protest.

Obiora Egwuatu, the presiding judge, struck out the case following an application by M.D Abubakar, counsel to the attorney-general of the federation (AGF).

Abubakar had applied to take over and discontinue the suit.

At the court session on Tuesday, Abubakar prayed the court to allow the AGF take over the charge.

If you had gone contrary to this, we would have burnt down this country. We all have our fundamental inalienable rights to protest when we are Aggrieved and Misgoverned.

At first, i never supported him but I'm seeing his reasons now .

Look at this minors, all they did was ask for a better life but instead , Tinubu government gave them detention.
The useless president protested against a sitting president, goodluck Jonathan, and nobody detained him. E reach his turn, and he's killing and detaining peaceful protesters .
